I have got call from 0565282857 ,he told from jeddah but name he didnt open , can you tell me the the name and who hold this number please

This is a scam call from some bastards saying that they are from Etisalat promotion. DOnt fall for it .

I got call from this number 0564925712.
Calling person name was Muhammad Abdul Rehman.
He said that he is calling from Etisalat Head Office at Abudhabi; and gave me a good news that my number is selected in lucky draw and I have won the prize of worth AED 500,000.00.
I am not sure that either this call was reliable or not. Please help
